The Box

I had been waiting for a craft that I did in Utah that I wasn't able to fit in my suitcase.

It finally came!

Carmine was having a good old time playing in the box.
When I went to Utah, my Mom, sister and I had a craft day. It was so much fun! I made a lot of stuff. We got everything from the Wood Connection, you could go broke in that store there are so many cute things to make.

I made this sign for the boy's room.

This one is not my favorite. It says Sutera Family on it, but you can't see the Family part because of the flash.

I like how this one turned out. It says Live,Laugh,Love.

How we made everything is... we painted the board then sanded the edges and stained where we sanded (to give it that old look) then put either the metal sayings on or the sticker words on. It kind of takes a long time, but it is so fun.

This one was fun, and I love the way it turned out.
I bought wooden letters and traced them onto scrap booking paper, then glued the paper on and put mod pog over it to give it the glossy look. Then after it was dry I put magnets on the back. I just bought fun cars and boats and put magnets on them too. The boys love to play with it. I originally wanted to do the alphabet, but the store didn't have all the letters for it. Oh well.

More Crafts

If you can't read what it says it's "I am A child of God"

Finger Painting

Here are the boys finger painting. They love to paint and color.

Posted by PicasaCarmine loves to mix all the colors together to see what color it makes.

Airplane ride to Utah

Anthony, me and the boys went to Utah for a little vacation, and to see everyone. The flight was about 4 1/2 hours so I brought plenty for the boys to do while we were flying, or so I thought!

They were very excited to fly in the airplane. They kept pointing and saying "hairplane, hairplane".

Carmine on the "hairplane" telling me "no", if you can't tell.

So the whole ride there they were crying and wanting to walk around and go see daddy. I don't think they were quiet the whole plane ride. I was relived when we finally landed.

When it was time to come home my step sister Morganne flew back with me to help with the boys, because Anthony went home a week earlier. I was remembering what I went through last time and I thought; I will give them benadryl, in hopes that it will make them tired! Do you think it worked? NOT AT ALL!!!! They were even worse then before, I know it made them tired but they refused to sleep. As the plane was finally landing, (I know Morganne and I both were so relieved to get off), both boys fell asleep the second we landed. AAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

Anyways we are home now and doing a lot better.

I was in Utah for 3 weeks so this is why I have a huge blog this month.

4th of July

We went to the Bountiful 4th of July parade because my sister Rachel was cheering in it.
Carmine and Braxton with Aunti Jennifer.
Of course Braxton is crying!

Carmine and Braxton with Grandpa Buhler, and he's crying again!!!!

Carmine with his cousin Caden.
They were both running out to get the candy they were throwing.

Braxton watching the parade.

Can you believe it, he's not crying!!!

I know this picture is kind of blurry, but I had to show you what Carmine was doing. Throughout the whole firework show he had his hand up over his mouth. I don't know if it was the smell or if he was scared that caused him to do that, but I thought it was funny.
Braxton waiting for the fireworks to start.
Then once they did he fell asleep half way through them.

Cabin fun!

We went up to the cabin for my Dads birthday.
My sister Keesha took Carmine to put his feet in the river......
.... As you can see he didn't like it. I think it was too cold for him.

He loved to throw the rocks into the water though.

Here is me with my Grandma and Grandpa Buhler.
I love them!

All my sisters, oldest to youngest - Keesha,Jennifer,Crystal,Dustie,me, and Rachel.

Aren't we cute, but it sucks because I used to be the skinny one of the family,
and now I'm the FATTEST! Damn!

Happy Birthday

I had given Braxton a snack to eat and he just decides to have a picnic right there on the floor. I thought it was cute.
So today is the 1st of July and my sisters birthday was May 31st, over a month ago. She never got a cake for her birthday and made everyone awear of it . Anthony couldn't take the harassment anymore and bought her a cake.
She finally got to blow out candles and now we never have to hear about it again!
If you can't read what's written on the cake it says "Happy Birthday A Month Ago!"
Just playing with you Crystal, we love you!

Girls Day Out

My Mom and I decided to have a girls day out. What better way to start a girls day then to go golfing! We thought it was a good idea at first, but after about 5 holes we decided shopping was way more important!

So we took some pictures for evidence that we went...

.... and actually hit the ball. J/k

Mom hit well and I sucked, but in my defense I haven't golfed in 2 years!

Then my Mom bought me this 4 kt diamond necklace. Wasn't that nice of her!
Yeah I wish this was mine! Actually the jeweler took forever getting my moms ring back to her, so when he finally dropped off her ring he brought along a little something to play with.

We had an amazing day of no kids, food, shopping and mommy and me time, Thanks Mom it was fun!!!!!!

Are you confused?

So I came home and my nephews came down the stairs looking like this.

(Do you see his feet in those shoes, or should I say out of those shoes?)

This one scares me even looking at it. They definitely have too much time on their hands, or need to spend more time with boys!!!!!

Build-A-Bear Workshop

I took the boys to Build-a-bear for the first time.
When it came time to wash it, Carmine was so confused how everything worked.
Then he got the hang of it
Braxton wanted to help wash the turtle
At the end they both gave him some love. After that, they pretty much don't play with it at all. WHATEVER!

1st Ponny Ride

I took the boys to Wheeler Farm and they were having pony rides so I took Carmine. I knew that Braxton would cry so I didn't put him on the horse.
I was unsure of what Carmine would do but to my surprise he loved it!
I walked around with him holding on to him so he wouldn't fall off.

Me and Carmine after the ride

Carmine petting the horse after and telling him "thank you for letting me ride"

Yummy Suckers!

A chef that came to my Moms house gave the boys these suckers.
If you can't tell by the look look on their faces they loved them!
