Big Boy

This morning the boys were fighting over the 1 bike that we have for the both of them. Anthony witnessed this and decided to go out and buy Carmine his very first big boy bike!

The bike was too hard to ride in the house on the carpet and it has been raining for 4 days straight... (and will continue for another 4 days, yuck!)

So I took them out in the hall way to ride their bikes up and down the hall ways.

And they're off!!!!

Left Out

Braxton felt bad that he didn't get a bike. He thought Carmines big bike was way cooler than his little trike.

We thought we would give him a feel for the bike.

He loved that helmet and didn't want to take it off. (I guess that is a good thing) Daddy told him as soon as he learns to petal on his bike that he will get him his very own big bike!

Braxton

I had the camera out and for some reason the boys were very interested in having their pictures taken.

Fishy face....

This was his first attempt to do a fishy face.

Carmine

More fun with the camera.

I love the kisses!

Carmines fishy face.

I think this was his silly face.

5 kids!

This past weekend we went to my friend Heather's house up in Maryland. She has 3 kids that are close in age to my boys so needless to say they had a great time!

After breakfast we all decided to go our separate ways and we gave Anthony and Eric (Heathers husband) the 3 older kids to take with them to buy a riding lawn mower. That meant Heather and I took the 2 youngest with us. Dorky husbands thought they were getting the better end of the deal.Ha Ha! Heather and I enjoyed ourselves very much at the craft store with 1 child each. Thanks boys!

We all met up after our outings and had lunch. Look at all those kids! Good thing the place wasn't packed, there could have been some trouble.

Nygz, I accidentally deleted your comment while trying to defend myself. Yes, I was desperate for relief from three toddlers running in different directions, but that isn't sweat. It's the blue dye from the t-shirt design. (It does look like sweat, though)

Speaking of desperation...

Ready-Set-Go!

The boys were having races down the drive way.

This is Heathers oldest (Finn), he's 4 years old.

Poor Braxton had to ride the pink and purple bike. Good thing he is too young to notice he's on a girls bike. I'm surprised Anthony didn't say anything about it.

Dummies

Ok so I know the header is not a very nice thing to say about our husbands, but I promise that after you read this you will think the same thing. Ok, well first off as you can see from these pictures they are playing baseball with a little tykes toy. They missed the ball a lot!

Then they have this great idea to try to knock out a large branch out of a tree in their yard. They find a rock and tied a rope to it so they could throw the rock into the tree and pull the stick down. I wish that I was video taping this, It was so funny to watch. 1st attempt, they failed, 2,3,4,5th failed. So Anthonys like "Oh let me try, I can do it" So he gets all ready and Heather and I are like "oh he'll do it, he is a baseball player", Nope totally wrong. Anthony threw it.... it didn't go far and it hit a tree, but not the tree with the branch in it. On the way down the rock almost hits Eric and to top it all off, Anthony totally got a rope burn on his forearm where the rope wrapped around his arm! After many attempts and cherry blossom pedals everywhere, they got the branch down and a battle wound to show for it. Good job guys!

Rockin the Ukulele

Braxton got this Ukulele last Christmas and he plays it all the time!!!

He pulled out the step stool from in the bathroom and put it in the middle of the living room and started rocking out. It was so funny!

He is so frikin cute!!!!!!

Find your basket

The Easter bunny left a trail of bunny cut outs that lead to their baskets. Here are some pictures of them looking for the baskets.

Egg Hunt

After they found their baskets they went on an egg hunt. It was so fun to watch how excited they got with every egg they found.

As soon as all the eggs were found they sat in their room and ate the candy that was in the eggs.

Cool hands

The boys dyed Easter eggs and got their hands all stained. I told them to put their hands out so that I could take a picture.

They are still stained, anyone know a trick to get it off?

Photo Shoot?

I didn't get the boys Easter pictures taken this year so I tried to do it myself.

As you can see I didn't do a very good job.

They were trying to give each other a high five.

Another Easter Egg Hunt

We were supposed to go to an Easter egg hunt that was in our area on Saturday but it got rained out. They moved it to the following Monday, so here we are at the egg hunt.

They had 3 sections for different age groups and it was blocked off where the eggs were. Here is a picture of all the Easter eggs and candy they put on the ground. I told Anthony to get pictures of the boy's while they were hunting and then the cameras batteries died right before it started. So no pictures of that part but they had a lot of fun.

More Candy

I remembered I had extra batteries and was able to take pictures of them after the Egg hunt.
