Dr. Braxton

I had bought a clip board for Carmine to write on one day. Braxton decided he wanted to play Doctor with it. I don't know where he got this idea from, we haven't been to the doctors lately. Maybe he saw it on Noggin or something, who knows. Anyways, he was so cute. He went and got one of my head bands and put it around his head and also got his Halloween flashlight. He told Daddy to "open wide"

Here he is writing down what he found. He would say "It looks good"

He is so fun to watch, he is very creative and likes to pretend.

Did Carmine cut your hair?

"Business in the front and party in the back" Humor is my way of getting through this horrible hair cut!
So I finally went to go and get my hair cut from a lady that did it last time and I loved it. So I'm in the chair and she starts to cut the back and I was like "wow, how short did you cut that? I think after I said that she basically stopped cutting , so to make a long story short I now have a hair cut that makes me look like I have dog ears. Very convenient for Halloween!
I don't know what she was thinking! I did get a refund the next day. I guess am just going to have a bad hair day for about a month while people that look at me think,"That poor girl. Do you think she knows what the back of her hair looks like?" Well, I do. I am just choosing not to look at the back of my head for a MONTH!!!!

First Time at the Beach

Braxton woke up at 6:00 am this morning and came and woke Anthony and I as well. It reminded me of waking up early in Hawaii and going to the beach and eating breakfast. So that is what we did today, minus Hawaii. We all jumped in the car around 6:30 am and drove 1 hour to a beach in Maryland.

This is the Chesapeake Bay Bridge

This is both Braxton and Carmines first time at the beach so we had to do the famous picture with your name written in the sand.

We had Carmine take our picture at the beach. I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but he did a good job! Maybe we will have more pictures taken of us two.

Sea Shells

The boys started to look for sea shells in the sand.

Most kids would want to save them right?

.......Not mine, they threw all the ones they found back into the water.

1St Sand Castle

So Anthony was helping the boys make their first sand castle. I love this picture!

I thought it was a sad sand castle, but the boys didn't know any different and it's a good thing. Sorry hunny!

What do you think?

The BEST Castle

I had to give the boys a better sand castle, so we started to build.

As you can see the castle has 4 sides and walls. We decorated it with sea shells and sticks.

The boys loved it! It was way better than Daddy's.

And then they stomped on it. Thanks boys!

Carmine at the Beach

Here are some pictures of Carmine playing in the sand at the beach for the first time.

He loved his walking stick. He was pretending it was a pirate sword.

Brothers

This was the boys first picture on the beach.

They found a "Paw Print"

Family Pictures

It was family picture time. Not bad for being proped up on a rock.

Me and my boys.

More Family Time

We had a little school time at the beach.

And that's the end of our spur of the moment beach trip. I love that we live in an area that we are able to do so many fun and different things!

Crystal told them to do a scary face.... looks scary to me!

More Pumpkin Patch

Here is Carmine on the rope swing. I didn't think he was going to be able to do it but he did and held on very tight.

Here is Braxton holding on for dear life!

Butler's Orchard

Crystal and I took the kids to pick fresh raspberries. Here is Crystal and Livi picking raspberries. She is sooo cute!
