morning part two

Us at the harbor watching the sunrise.

He looks like he needs more sleep.

Morning Breakfast

When we were ready to eat breakfast we went back to our hotel. The restaurant we ate at hosted John Adams, Johan Jay and Benjamin Franklin as the celebrated the American victory over the British in the Revolutionary War. Just a little history for you.

I was cookin up Anthony's breakfast.

I thinks it's sick but this soft shelled crab breakfast was the reason Anthony wanted to eat here.

Random pics. of our trip

This is the state house.

This was money, I'm not sure of the dates but it is 2/3 of a dollar. Weird hu!

Two love birds.

The Fire Station

For playgroup we went to the fire station. Here is Carmine in front of the fire truck. Braxton was scared to go in front of it.

Carmine going through the truck.

Braxton going through it.

Don't they look happy!

Farm and Zoo

Last week was so beautiful so I took the boys to the farm.

And the Zoo.

Just Pics.

This weekend we went to the Chocolate Festival, it wasn't very good. I don't think we will be going next year. After we walked around we ate lunch at one of my favorite sandwich shops; Potbelly. Even thought the festival was a joke at least lunch made up for it!

One day the boys were very busy doing their work. I think it is so funny! Look how times have changed.

Chuck E Cheese again!

I took the boys to Chuck E Cheese again and met up with a friend of mine so the kids could play together.

Braxton usually didn't like to eat pizza. Now that he has discovered the Ninja Turtles and they eat pizza, guess who loves pizza now? Braxton! He's crazy!

Playing air hockey.

Carmine the artist

I got a Cricut machine for Christmas (LOVE IT!) and I made this saying with it.

Carmine said he was going to draw a picture of me. I think it looks just like me, what do you think?

I was actually impressed with what he did. Not bad for a 4 year old.

The boys wanted to take turns taking pictures. This I why I am actually in some picture with them.
They did a good job, maybe now I will be able to be in some pictures instead of being the one taking all of them!

Boys will be Boys

We took the boys to see the movie Planet 51 (it was cute) The theater was cool because it was like a lounge, you could order food and drinks from your table. We had fun!

This is the saddest picture of Braxton. He and Carmine were playing and he hit his nose on Carmines face. He came crying to me and blood was pouring out of his nose. So sad!

He is OK now.

Happy Valentines Day!

I got the boys a little gift for Valentines Day. Here they are about to go and find their gifts.

Carmine found his!

Braxton found his too!

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!

Sledding BooBoo

Braxton all ready to go sledding. He looks so cute!

I had Carmine and Braxton on the sled together and as they were going down the hill Carmine rolled to the side and landed on top of Braxton. His face went down into the snow (that was hard) and it got all scratched. So sad!

He said he was OK but he thought goldfish would make it feel better. And it did :)

What to do????

It was all over the news that we were about to have a HUGE snow storm. So we knew we weren't going to get out the next day or so, so we bought the boys some toys to keep them entertained during the snow storm.

I bought them this marble tower thing and they loved it! The only bad thing is that I had to put it together and it took me forever!!!

Anthony bought himself a toy to keep him occupied as well.

He was shooting everyone and everything. The boys had a fun time with it.

Record Snow

This was the biggest snow storm Northern Virginia and DC has ever had. We got about 23 inches.

All of these pictures are of main roads and they still look like this. It's crazy! So may people were literally snowed it. Good thing we live in an apartment building with covered parking so that we can get out.

This person was stupid and parked on the top of the parking deck. I guess they deserve to dig themselves out. Look how deep that is, that sucks!

Carmine get's stuck

Anthony was calling Carmine to come over to go sledding.

He totally got stuck! His one leg is all the way in the snow.

Daddy to the rescue!

This "hill" didn't really work. We drove around for about 30 min. to find a place to go sledding at. All the good places to go were blocked by big snow banks, so we couldn't drive there. We just decided to pull over and let the boy's play in the snow.
