Lower deck

This was where they had the wounded. This was their bed. I can't even imagine what it was like to be there during that time.

This was the very bottom deck. All those wood things were to balance the ship.

This place was just a bunch of rooms. It was so small in there that the doors were like a little play house.

Submarine

The USS Tork SS-423 Compartmentation.

This was a submarine that we took a tour through. I could never do this job, it was so claustrophobic in there.

All the doors were like that. Every time you went to a new room you had to climb into it.

This was the torpedo room.

This is where they would launch it. Kind of scary!

Theodore Roosevelt Island

Last weekend we took the boys to Theodore Roosevelt Island.

Braxton got this "scooter,scooter" as he calls it from Santa last year. He loves it as you can see. I went to check on him and this is what I saw. Nice.

I thought this was a funny pic. to see a 3 and 4 year old just sitting on a bed playing on a computer. Times are changing!

Just my boys being silly. They are so much fun, (for the most part) I love them so much!

Krispy Kreme

I took the boys to Krispy Kremes for the first time today to see the doughnuts being made and eat breakfast.

Carmine loved to watch the doughnuts go on the belt. He wouldn't leave.

Our New Car!

So it's been about 3 years and Anthony got the itch for something new. So here it is a new 2010 Lexus RX350. We love it!

Blueberry Picking

We took the boys again this year to pick some blueberries. Here we are riding in the tractor to take us to where the blueberries are.

10 lbs. of Blueberries

So within 30 min. we had pick 10 pounds of blueberries! We are good pickers I guess, I give all the credit to Braxton.

All washed and ready to eat, Braxton couldn't wait as you can see his little hand in this picture.

Look how big they are! We might need to go and pick more before the season ends. (No we didn't eat all 10 pounds, we gave some away and froze some.)
