My family comes to visit

Auntie Ashley with the boys.

Carmine and Braxton with Grandma.

Braxton and Carmine with Great Grandma.

All of us! 4 generations!!!!

National Archives

We went to the National Archives the first day.

Ashley and Carmine on the steps.

Braxton decided to plop down on the steps of the National Archives to eat his peanut better and jelly sandwich. Perfect spot!

White House

I know I have several pictures of the White House on my blog but it never gets old for me.

I think Ashley is saying "I love Obama!" Ha Ha!

Grandma at the White House.

At the Natural History Museum Carmine was trying to make elephant tusks.

Mt. Vernon

More pictures of Mt. Vernon. When we went we took the "National Treasure tour" It sounded a lot cooler than it was. Basically it took you under the house where they stored food in the winter time and showed you a tunnel they took.

Ashley, me and Grandma sittin on the chairs out back.

The back side of the house.

Every time I've gone to Mt. Vernon I wondered where the bathrooms were. Well I found them on this trip. It's like a port a potty. I guess 3 could all go at the same time. Lucky them!

Never too Young

Grandma is teaching Braxton at an early age to rub her shoulders.

What a good boy!

Bounce House

We went to the Bounce House and My Mom went with the boys and Ashley down the slide.

They made it. (sorry it's blurry)

I will tell you it's quite a work out going on those things.

3 Generations

Here is a pictures of all three generations. (Left to Right) My Grandma Mary, Me and my Mom Debra.

We were trying to be silly. I guess my Grandma didn't hear about it.

Isn't my Grandma beautiful! She looks awesome for 78 years old!

My Mom too! Can you believe she has 16 grandchildren!

Valentines Day

I had the best Valentines Day ever! Anthony cooked me an awesome dinner and then for dessert....

..... a box of chocolates and a kindle inside. He totally surprised me! He's the best!

Grandpa comes to visit!

My Dad came to town for a convention and stayed the night with us before it started. It was so good to see him.

The boys were so excited to see him.

Just like the good old days.

Grandpa always makes it so much fun. Braxton was soooo sad when he left. He was totally crying saying, "It's not fair, I don't want Grandpa to leave." Break my heart! Come back soon Grandpa!

Mount Vernon

We all went to Mt. Vernon for the first time. It was so cold that day.

Me, my Dad, Braxton and Carmine in front of George Washington's house.

Grandpa Buhler and the boys.

D.I.Y.

When we bought this house it had a very nice "Dorthy" bathroom in the basement. I guess this picture really doesn't look that bad, but it was not a cute bathroom by any means.

So one day Anthony and I decided we wanted to redo it our self. I think we were watching HGTV and they were demoing a room so we got the bug and went to work.

A couple of weeks later.....

.....Tada! We had to do a new ceiling, tile, paint, trim, toilet, vanity and mirror. Not bad for our first time. Now on to the next bathrooms. (When we get more money :)
