A couple of weeks ago we turned Braxton's bed into a toddler bed. At first he would get out and play and one night fell asleep on the floor. He is now used to his bed and no longer falls asleep on the floor, and he has only fallen out 1 time.
So, we put him in a big boy bed and now it's time to get ride of the BINKY! Some one gave me this idea, and it totally worked! One night we were getting the boys ready for bed and Braxton asked for his binky so I went in the kitchen to get it and cut off the tip. I gave it to Brax and he grabed it and started to run off. He stopped dead in his tracks and looked at it and said "Mommy, Uh Oh, it's broken " So he ran back to me to show me and I told him "Oh No, a mouse got it!" He bit off the top" and Brax said "Oh a mouse?" So then I told him he better go and throw it in the garbage, and he did. He went to bed without it just fine and the next night he said "the mouse got the binky, hu mommy?"And that was it! It worked we are now binky free! Next up POTTY TRAINING! (I'm not excited)
