Puff Paint

I found this homemade "paint" on some website and thought I would try it. Here are the boys making their Picasa paintings.

So you have to paint on some kind of cardboard. Small enough to fit in your microwave. After they are done painting put it in your microwave for 20-30 seconds.

And it will puff up like this when it is done, dry and all! It's not really that cool but the kids like it and that's all that matters.

1Ts. self rising flour

1Ts. salt

add a few drops of food coloring then add enough water to make it into a smooth paste.
