Water Fun

More fun in the pool. It was hot that day, what's better then being in the water all day?

Eric and Anthony chillin.

I guess they got tired of sitting there and decided to throw a water balloon back and forth. That great idea didn't last long.

Fireworks!

Our display of fireworks.

The kids loved all the fireworks and cheered after everyone. Braxton said to me, "Mommy will you keep me safe?" He is so cute!

That's hard work!

I guess Braxton was exhausted watching the fireworks because he had to put his feet up. He wouldn't move them until all the fireworks were done.

World's Greatest Dad!

Anthony's Father's Day started off good with a nice breakfast. The boys were so excited for him to open up his presents. They kept asking when he could open them.

So with a lot of help from the boys.....

He finally opened his first present. I felt that every dad should have "The worlds greatest Dad" shirt.

Ice Cream & Broncos

He also got an ice cream maker. ( I say it's for him but really it's for the whole family.)

I got the boy's picture taken in their Broncos jersey's. By the look on Anthony's face I think he liked it.

I will scan the pictures closer so that you can see it better. If I can figure out how to do that!

Pirates Cove Water Park

I took the boys to their first water park. It was called Pirates Cove. It was small but perfect for them.

Braxton especially loved all the pirate stuff.

Part 2

Steering the ship.

This was the baby pool. We went back and forth from the big kid pool to the baby pool.

Part 3

Here is Braxton going down the slide.

It was a really fun day, we might have to go back!

Fun at the spray park

Braxton, Carmine and their friend Luke at the spray park.

My little rock climbers!

Part 2

Some pictures of the spray park.

This toy was cool, I have never seen one before. When you walk on it it will start to turn. Carmine loved it.

Puff Paint

I found this homemade "paint" on some website and thought I would try it. Here are the boys making their Picasa paintings.

So you have to paint on some kind of cardboard. Small enough to fit in your microwave. After they are done painting put it in your microwave for 20-30 seconds.

And it will puff up like this when it is done, dry and all! It's not really that cool but the kids like it and that's all that matters.

The finished product. (Sorry about the underwear shot)
1Ts. self rising flour
1Ts. salt
add a few drops of food coloring then add enough water to make it into a smooth paste.

Colonial Downs race track

This past weekend we went to Richmond to visit the family. We all went to a horse race track. It was my first time at a horse track and it was so much fun. I didn't win any money but Anthony broke even.

Out on the boat fishin

Here are the boys sitting with their Great Grandma Maul. We all went fishing and had lots of fun. Everyone caught a fish that day, even the boys!

Braxton kept on saying, " I caught a fish, It's a big one, get the net! get the net!" He is so funny!

Carmine with his fish he caught.

Braxton driving the boat

Braxton with Grandpa driving the boat for the first time.

He was loving it.
